Horrorscope: November 6, 2009 [SuperNouveau]
There will always be new discoveries in the skies, so long as people care to look! Recently, astronomers announced their discovery of a new and intriguing type of supernova-triggered by the death of a white dwarf!
The observed explosion of the star SN2002bj lasted a mere month, compared to several months for a normal badass supernova. Why? It may be that is was a system of two white dwarf stars-tiny dense stars, orbtiing each other and one spewing mass onto the other, until-BLAM! A runaway nuclear explosion, destroying the vampire star, occurs. A “Regular” nova would leave the star a bit intact, but not this one!
What does this mean for our coming day? Perhaps two small events shall shine bright in your mind, and an explosive realization may dawn! Does this mean you will finally join the circus?
CIRCUS TIP: You will join the Kinetic Arts Center and become a skilled trapeze artist if you know what’s good for you.
